“ I love that it's open late, 3am. I went at 1am. The parking lot looks sketchy cause there are no lights and this place is the only thing with lights on. Prices are great in my opinion. Had the #1 pho. It was good. The broth was so full of flavor. Good amount of meat. The taro boba was great. No complaints. The grilled pork with rice and eggs was good too. Now the papaya salad, who different story. I'm not sure if it's meant to mimic the Laos/Thai versions but it was so bland and tasteless. ”
“ Food is pretty good, big portions, friendly atmosphere, price is great! Fast service, A lot to choose from, parking is good, open til 4 am is a plus! ”
“ Pho Mai is one of my favorite pho restaurants offering some of the best broth I’ve found. The broth is so savory, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. And of course they offer all of the standard ingredients that you can customize to your liking. It’s not fancy, so if you need that, move along. You order at the register, take a number and they bring your food to your table. And they’re open very late (3am-ish) They also offer other traditional Vietnamese dishes, if that’s what you prefer. And lots of drink options; maybe more drinks options than food options. ”
“ It’s a decent Vietnamese place to get pho and even Filipino dishes. Yes they sell Filipino dishes like the silog’s Longsilog, Tocinolog etc. Chicken Adobo, Caldereta, Pancit. I haven’t tried their Filipino dishes yet since I mainly order their Pho combination soup. They open late too until 3am or 4am if it’s the weekend so that’s a good thing if you’re looking for late night Pho. I will post photos of the menu and the Combination Pho I usually order for you to check out. ”
“ Visited Pho Mai on a bustling Saturday night and found the place nearly at capacity, yet the ambiance was welcoming right from the start. We were greeted promptly upon entry and given the flexibility to choose our own seating, a small yet appreciated gesture that set a positive tone for the evening. The ordering process is a bit unconventional—you place your orders at the register—but it’s straightforward and the staff there couldn’t have been friendlier. The food was simply delicious, showcasing authentic flavors that resonated well with our palates. However, patience is advisable as the preparation time leaned towards the longer side, and dishes didn’t arrive simultaneously. Despite this minor hiccup, the quality and taste of the food were undeniably worth the wait. All in all, Pho Mai offers a delightful dining experience with its friendly service and flavorful dishes. Just be prepared for a slight wait, especially during busy hours, which is a small trade-off for the quality meal that awaits. ”
